When the Fortune 500 company I dedicated nearly twenty years to suddenly closed its doors, I chose not to see it as an ending — but as the beginning of a new chapter rooted in my lifelong passion for beauty and wellness. Drawing from my background as a logistics manager for the North East Region, I transformed challenge into opportunity and opened Bersubriz Hair Studio in Bloomfield, New Jersey — a space where self-care, confidence, and community met.
From that foundation, NBI All Natural was born — a high-quality yet affordable line of hair care and skincare products crafted for everyone: men, women, and children alike.
My journey began with a single inspiration: the healing power of Jamaican Black Castor Oil — a timeless remedy passed down for generations in rural Jamaica. Known for its restorative and rejuvenating properties, it became the heart of NBI. But creating something truly exceptional meant more than just bottling tradition. I had to solve the challenge of making pure Black Castor Oil — thick, dark, and strongly aromatic — both pleasant and practical for daily use. Through countless trials, I developed a smoother, lightly fragrant formula that invited people to experience nature’s power in a refined, luxurious way.
The results were extraordinary. Each product in the NBI line works in harmony with the body — promoting circulation, nourishing dry or thinning hair, and bringing life, strength, and sheen back to every strand. Beyond hair, the skincare line began to show its deeper magic — helping those suffering from eczema, psoriasis, age spots, and chronic dryness rediscover comfort, confidence, and glow.
