Meet the Founder

I opted to start my own business within my lifetime passion of beauty when the Fortune 500 company I worked with for nearly twenty years closed. Using my skills as a logistics manager, I opened Bersubriz Hair Studio in Bloomfield, New Jersey and later developed NBI All Natural, an effective yet affordable high quality hair care and skincare product line for all; men, women and children.

With evidence that Black Castor Oil had healing, rejuvenating and restorative properties for the skin and hair as it has been used by persons in rural Jamaica for generations. I started a quest to create my own natural product hair care and skincare line with the black castor oil being the base. My challenge was that black castor oil in its natural form was unpleasant due to its color, thickness and aroma. I developed an effective, inviting and mildly fragrant product line with enhancements to bring out healthy, beautiful, magnificent hair and skin with an aroma that has consistently been described as yummy.

The natural ingredients in the products facilitate easy absorption and use. The line used by men, women, and children enhances the circulation of blood in the scalp, treat chronic dry scalp, flaking, thinning hair, promotes rapid growth of healthy thick hair, and restores body and sheen to a bouncy healthy hair regardless of ethnicity.

Additionally, the real magic comes out when used for the treatment of skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, dry chronic chapped skin, age spots, and countless other skin disorders.
